Co-authorship

What is the policy of the InCites tool on papers which are co-authored by researchers from multiple countries? i.e. Do such papers get allocated to the country of, say, the leada uthor; or are they counted on the citation counts of all countries in which any of the authors is based?

All addresses attributed to the papers are counted. Thomson Reuters uses whole counting for InCites: Counts are not weighted by numbers of authors or number of addresses.
