Nice work! I can definitely see this database as being very helpful. The entries are obviously limited based on the selection criteria, but the results are important.
One question, why did you decide on 2.0 A as your resolution cut off for your PDB search?

Hi,
Thanks for your interest and encouraging words.
Our main goal is to determine the structural parameters that govern Protein-Protein Interactions and their Inhibition with small molecules. We have decided to use a 2.0A cutoff for the x-ray structures to get a "high quality" dataset to perform the structural analyses. In addition, we have performed a thorough search of the literature (see figure 1 of the article) to look for putative interesting Protein-Protein complexes that were missed by querying the protein data bank.
