Standard curve cell counts were determined by FacsCaliber flow cytometer.

An incorrect sentence is included in the Methods section under the heading "Real-time quantitative DNA polymerase chain reaction (RTQ-PCR)." Standard curve cell counts were *not* determined by FacsCaliber flow cytometer.
