Typos in equation (7)

During the typesetting of the formulas there was a mistake (on the side of the journal). In equation (7), all factors of two ("2") are wrong and should not be there.

The correct equation is: x(t, A0, B0, k1, k2) = A0*x^rep(t/k1^rep, B0^rep, k2^rep)

A little bit further down, in the paragraph after equation (8), there are more mistakes of the same kind. "2A0" should be just "A0".
