This study does not use MBSR

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a specific, highly-structured program involving, among other things:

- Live interaction with an instructor and peer group. This intervention was pre-recorded and asynchronus.

- 26 hours of instruction spaced over eight weeks of 2.5 hour session and one full-day session. This intervention used 10 hours of instruction over four week of 30 minute sessions.

The authors' repeated use of MBSR as a short-hand for the intervention studied is not appropriate and should be corrected.
