"Verticillium longisporum" strains are available from culture collection NRRL

"Verticillium longisporum" strains representative of the three lineages are available from NRRL, these are: "V. longisporum" strain PD348 (NRRL 54787) representing lineage A1/D1, "V. longisporum" strain PD356 (NRRL 54788) representing lineage A1/D2, and "V. longisporum" strain PD687 (NRRL 54793) representing lineage A1/D3.
