closeOn adjusted odds ratio

I thank authors for providing SAS codes for this article.
When I reviewed the SAS codes, I noted that adjusted odds ratios were not appropriately adjusting for categorical variables.
In order to appropriately adjust for categorical variables using SAS PROC LOGISTIC, all categorical covariates included in model needs to be specified in CLASS statement. However, in SAS codes provided by the authors, not all but only some of categorical covariates were specified in CLASS statement.
Since the discussions and conclusions of this article are primarily drawn based on adjusted odds ratios, the code should be corrected so that CLASS statement includes all categorical covariates in model and corrected adjusted odds ratio should be presented.
