TRG and TRGs

Dear Wilson et al.:

This is sort of funny...in a PLoS ONE paper two months ago my colleagues and I introduced TRG as a new group of rickettsiae, "TRansitional Group rickettsiae". And now you use it for Taxonomically Restricted Genes...I wonder if we will be introducing a bit of ambiguity to our audiences? I guess the odds really aren't that high for something like this to happen...with three words, and people that love to create acronyms.

Congrats on the paper...it is very interesting and I look forward to running QIPP.
