Dear author,
Congratulations on your work.
My question is : Do you propose that manipulating gene FGFR1 can in the future prevent Pfeiffer syndrome?
Kind regards

Dear DR Ksaeed
thanks for your Valuable question,
Currently, most of the studies concerning the craniofacial genetics are aiming to identify the gene mutations responsible for the syndromes and then detect the normal gene variations that cause normal change in the craniofacial morphology. This may help us in the near future to predict the normal craniofacial morphology and/or diseases.
