there may be wrong about the Fig 3.A.

There might be serious wrong about the Fig.3.A in the paper MicroRNA-221 Induces Cell Survival and Cisplatin Resistance through PI3K/Akt Pathway in Human Osteosarcoma.
. As the figures of flow cytometry, the same gates should be set at least in one group. However, in Fig 3.A. two figures from MG-63 has the same gate setup as the other two from SOSP-9607. It seems like that the results from two different groups are divided as the results of the two different cell types.
I have to doubt if it is wrong to post these figures as the representative ones of this assay. I think further action should be made so investigate if they post it purposely.
