promisses the solution but comes short

The narrative seems selective (worms are bad for malaria. period) and does not give a balanced view of the litterature on human malaria.
The analysis stopped short of testing their main hypothesis. It is surprising since the answer to the hypothesis seems to be in the data. Worms, malaria incidence, and IGG responses could be in the same multivariate model. It seems like a missed opportunity to give a good test to their hypothesis.
