Subsequent to the publication of this paper, further research was published (Anastasiou et al, 2016): https://www.brepolsonline.... This attempted to overturn the paper in PLOS One (Freeth, 2014). The author has now published a comprehensive refutation of this alternative eclipse prediction scheme (Freeth, 2019): https://www.nature.com/ar.... This paper also accepts a new observation published in (Anastasiou et al, 2016) and uses it to make a small but interesting modification to the original scheme in (Freeth, 2014).
