I'd like to point out that the link to the url in the reference 3
"European Commission (2012) Scientific data: open access to research results will boost Europe’s innovation capacity. Httpeuropaeurapidpress-ReleaseIP-12–790enhtm."
is not correct and should be replaced with:
http://europa.eu/rapid/pr...
