The FGFR4-KO animals were constructed as reported previously [33] and provided by W. L. McKeehan (University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, TX).

In the version of this article originally published, the source of the FGFR4 knockout mice was incorrectly attributed. The mice were obtained from the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
