As shown in Figure 2, after 3 days of in vitro culture, the Oct4/ATSCs expressed several stemness genes with extended cell growth.

There is no any data in Figure2 to surpport this statement, according to "the 3 days of in vitro culture", this sentence may be discreption about Figure1B.
