Author correction of typsetter errors

During typesetting, duplicate correlation values were erroneously added in the final column. There should be just one correlation for each comparison (-.26 for all clients, -.05 for 1985-2000 clients, and -.04 for 1985-2000 clients known to have patronized locally. Also, the N for all public health-detected clients should be 1272, not 1269.
