Did you also performed in vitro stimulation with pprv-h protein or only with conA as mentionned in material&methods?
In any cases, SI values of your empty-CAV control group are as high as those of rCAV-ppr-h and attenuated pprv groups. Obviously, what you see here is not related to a pprv-specific response and, thus, all comments on cell-mediated immunity triggered by the vaccine are irrelevant.
