Correction to Figure 1

There are four squares at the top of Figure 1; these are not supposed to be there.

These squares were not present in the figure in the original submission and the revised submission. They were accidentally added to the figure when the figure was being formatted for publication.

The error does not affect the main argumentation of the paper or the results/conclusions in the paper in any way.
