FOXO1 knockdown

The experiments are very well designed and the connection between the miR-370 and prostate cancer is well investigated. Perhaps a nice addition could be a knockdown of FOXO1 in non-cancer pancreatic cells and looking for the same effect as an increase ein miR-370 levels.
