Candy edge detection?

I believe that there has been an autocorrect spelling error: the Canny edge detection method (named after John Canny) is used to highlight edges present in images. As far as I'm aware, there is no such thing as a "Candy" operator (unless the Canny edge detector is used to identify chocolate in an image.)
