IQ should have been tested

Intellectual functioning may impact on psychological functioning. It is unfortunate, therefore, that the study did not give the young people IQ tests before and after GnRHa treatment. Where such tests have been carried out, the results suggest that IQ is lower after treatment (1, 2, 3).
