Corrections to Bailey Citation

Please note two issues with the Bailey Citation:
(1) In the introduction, Bailey is cited appropriately for "additional details about the context and content of the 'Packet', but the reference is incorrect - reference 20, Bailey, should be cited.
(2) In the References, the link to Bailey's article is incorrect. It should be http://www.sciencemeetsre...
