Supplementary Table 4

The values in Supplementary Table 4 for five variables (Triglycerides, HbA1c, Fasting glucose, 2-h glucose, and Insulin) are incorrect. The correct values are available from Stuart Biddle (stuart.biddle@vu.edu.au). The corrected values do not affect the outcomes or conclusions of the study.
