I'm currently engaged in a related project and I have been measuring the oxygen consumption rate (OCR) in INS1E cells upon analogous conditions. My OCR values are in agreement to the ones reported by the authors in Fig. 6B when I use nmol/sec/no cells as unit. I'm wondering if there is a mistake in the OCR unit (min in place of sec).
