A correction to the published paper

In Materials and Methods (page 4, right column of the PDF version of the article), the formula for calculating the TREC number was given as follows: "Number of TREC copies per 10,000 cells = 0,000/2χ".
However, "0,000/2χ" should be replaced by "10,000/2χ".
