This is a nice article, but it's important to have someone review the grammar of the article thoroughly. The title has a mistake, as it reads "Emulsion PCR: A High Efficient Way of PCR Amplification of Random DNA Libraries in Aptamer Selection," and it should read "Emulsion PCR: A ""Highly"" Efficient ""Method for"" PCR Amplification of Random DNA Libraries in Aptamer Selection."
