closeReferee Comments: Referee 2

Referee 2's Review:
**********
N.B. These are the comments made by the referee when reviewing an earlier version of this paper. Prior to publication the manuscript has been revised in light of these comments and to address other editorial requirements.
**********
In the revised version of the manuscript "NF-Y Dependent Epigenetic Events Discriminate Between Mitotic and Postmitotic Status" Gurtner and coworkers have addressed suggestions and criticisms to an almost satisfactory extend. However a number of issues are still pending and some new arose:
Fig.1 NF-YA immunostaining is different between panels A and B, in the former NF-YA is present in the nucleolus whereas in the latter is not despite the same protocol was used. Same in Fig.4.
Fig.2 Panel B could benefit from the substitution of numbers with the names of the promoters.
Fig.4 (Old Fig.5) panel D still supports the recruitment of HP1α to Cyclin B2 promoter. Authors should comment.
The manuscript still contains a huge number of typos, grammar and syntax errors. Even if I do not strongly support the manuscript publication; it is however acceptable, in the spirit of the journal, for publication on Plos One after a careful language editing.
