As the first author of this article, I would like readers to be aware that the production process has apparently introduced serious errors into the published version of this article. (Due to the way the PLOS ONE system seems to work, there are no proofs and I was not given the opportunity to check or correct this before publication).
Specifically, the numbers in the last column of Tables 2 and 3 has apparently had the leading digit removed, and so these columns are not correct. I did not bother checking any further after seeing these errors, so there may be more errors elsewhere.
