Our author team includes individuals who are employed by Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes (ECHO) India as well as independent researchers who evaluated the program. This evaluation study was funded as a component of the overall training program by ECHO India. The authors from ECHO India provided needful inputs on the training intervention and its implementation. They had no role in study design, data collection (except for operational facilitation for data acquisition), analysis and interpretation, decision to publish, or preparation of the manuscript. Once the manuscript was ready all the authors approved the final version. The authors Apoorva Karan Rai, Amit Verma, Sandeep Bhalla, Haresh Chandwani, and Kumud Rai were employed by ECHO.
