Competing Interests

I have read the journal's policy and the authors of this manuscript have the following competing interests: Dr. Driessen reports a grant from the Dutch Research Council during the conduct of the study. Dr. Debray owns a company that provides consulting services to pharmaceutical companies and contract research organizations. Dr. Debray is also editing a book on comparative effectiveness and personalized medicine research, for which he will receive royalties upon publication. Dr. Furukawa reports personal fees from Boehringer-Ingelheim, DT Axis, Kyoto University Original, Shionogi and SONY, and a grant from Shionogi, outside the submitted work. In addition, Dr. Furukawa has patents 2020-548587 and 2022-082495 pending, and intellectual properties for Kokoro-app licensed to Mitsubishi-Tanabe.
