Competing Interests
RP holds a patent and receives royalty income for a purified, inactivated dengue vaccine similar to the vaccine described in this paper (Inactivated dengue virus vaccine, U.S. Patent 6,254,873). MS and RP filed a provisional patent entitled “Immune enhancing recombinant dengue protein”, application No. 62/200,263, filed 3 Aug 2015. As Federal Government employees, the authors are required to assign all rights to the Federal Government. This does not alter the authors’ adherence to all PLOS policies on sharing data and materials.
