Competing Interests
VJA is a self-employed (freelance epidemiologist) of Vet Epi Limited, who was contracted to work on this study and salary was paid by the Kennel Club Charitable Trust. EMMS (Electro-Medical Measurement Systems) provided technical support, to Cambridge Statistics Clinic on use of the plethysmography chambers and their accompanying software.
