Competing Interests
Dr. Winnifred Cutler is the Founder, President, and sole owner of the Athena Institute for Women's Wellness. Coauthors Burki, Kolter, Friedmann, and Chambliss also serve as members of Athena Institute's Research Advisory Group, without compensation, to evaluate research grants and protocols for clinical investigations from ethical, scientific and medical criteria. They have no role in Athena Institute's commercial activities.
