Competing Interests

The present study was funded by a special grant program in which the Canadian Institutes of Health Research partnered with AstraZeneca Canada Inc. to put in place a research initiative entitled “Community Alliances for Health Research and Knowledge Exchange in Pain”. Additional funding was also obtained from Pfizer Canada Inc. (http://www.pfizer.ca) under the form of an unrestricted research grant.
