Competing Interests

The authors received a donation of PLS systems from MAQUET cardiovascular from Brazil, and Marcelo Park, Luciano Cesar Pontes Azevedo, Eduardo Leite Vieira Costa and Guilherme Pinto Paula Schettino were lecturers from three Brazilian courses of mechanical ventilation sponsored for MAQUET cardiovascular from Brazil.
