Final FPA, EG, CBH and BGL enzyme activities were determined directly from fermented broth obtained from monocultures at various time points (T. reesei My or A. niger H11-1) grown in a volume of 50 mL in 250-mL conical flasks and incubated with shaking at 30°C for 96 h at 200 rpm.
The inoculum volume of T. reesei or A. niger for monocultures was 2.5 mL.
