Linear discriminant analysis (LDA) effect size (LEfSe) analysis of endometrial (e) vs. vaginal (v) samples at different stages of estrous cycle.

LefSe analysis identifies genera that differ significantly between the endometrium (e) and vagina (v). Relative abundance was considered significant when P<0.05 and LDA Score ≥2.0. Anestrus-(ae), estrus-(e), diestrus-(de), pro-estrus-(pe), and pre-pubertal-(pp).
