Simultaneously Uncovering the Patterns of Brain Regions Involved in Different Story Reading Subprocesses

Time model of a voxel's response to the consecutive occurrences of the features of a story.

Because of the hemodynamic response latency, the occurrence of a feature at time t will affect the activity of the voxel for several TRs after time t. This latency is accounted for by considering occurrences of features at previous TRs when modeling a voxel's activity at time t. (One TR is the repetition time needed to acquire one fMRI image, here we use a TR of 2 s).
