Impact of SW and BE light on the participants' lights off time and sleeping pattern.

Average lights off time (A) and bed time (B) were significantly earlier under BE light weeks (24.9±0.3 h and 25.4±0.3 h, respectively) in comparison SW light weeks (25.3±0.3 h and 25.7±0.3 h, respectively) (p<0.05). Wake up time was not significantly different between lighting conditions, 9.0±0.6 h and 8.6±0.4 h under BE and SW light respectively (p = 0.4).
