(A) Reversed-phase chromatography C18 NST, 5 µm, 250 mm×10 mm column. Mobile phase conditions: H2O:ACN:TFA (95∶05:0.1, v:v:v) for 5 min, than a linear gradient to H2O:ACN:TFA (05∶95:0.1, v:v:v) in 60 min at a flow rate of 2.5 mL.min−1 and detection at 216 nm. Arrow indicate the main fraction containing Pa-MAP with retention time of 33.8 min. (B) MALDI Mass spectrometry analysis of Pa-MAP; monoisotopic mass [M+H+] = 2212.37.
