misleading and not true

It is not a study and it is very misleading. I wonder how anyone can allow to post such conclusions without proper data. Here are my points why:
1. First of all people who are eating fish are not vegetarians. We could conclude what eating fish causes cancer, because it was bigger group than pure vegetarians.
2. There is no question if people became vegetarians/vegans after they got diagnosed with some illness. People start taking care of their life style only after they get sick. So how you can conclude that they got illness because of vegetarian diet? This is just ridiculous
