I can not follow your statistics. First of all, which post-hoc test did you use? Secondly, why don`t you report the results from the Kruskal-Wallis test when this is the proper test to use? Last but nor least, using sd and means from table2 I got to a F of 3.57 for chronic conditions, which is not significant at p=0.01.
