closeCorrections to pg 5 & 6 in the article

Please note, there are multiple typeset errors in the recently published pdf of our paper "Independent component analysis for brain fMRI does indeed select for maximal independence" http://dx.plos.org/10.137... on pgs 5 & 6. Mainly there are equations which appear in our submitted manuscript but which do not appear in the published pdf.
See below for specific corrections needed:
1) pg 5: see file pg_5.jpg (https://www.dropbox.com/s...) for correction (missing equation is
circled in red).
2) pg 6: In the second sentence in the section "Additional clarifications"
it says " in the example given here, is Gaussian;" but in actuality it
should say " in the example given here, p(t) is Gaussian;"
3) pg 6: see file pg_6a.jpg (https://www.dropbox.com/s...) for correction (missing equation is
circled in red)
4) pg 6: see file pg_6b.jpg (https://www.dropbox.com/s...) for correction (missing equation is
circled in red)
