Are you considering studying other breeds? If so, which breeds, and how do you expect your findings to be different from the study on Golden Retrievers?

Thank you for your interest. We are planning on doing similar studies on the Labrador Retriever, German Shepherd, Dachshund, Boxer and Chihuahua. This is a good range of breeds that are expected to have different outcomes from neutering and are sufficiently represented in our database to give significance. We are quite clear that different breeds will have different vulnerabilities.
