TB = Tuberculosis, RS-TB = rifampin sensitive M. tuberculosis, RR-TB = rifampin resistant M. tuberculosis.

The title for Figure 2 is incorrect. The current text should be the first sentence of the figure legend. The correct title should read: Comparison of TB cultures sent (i) at TB diagnosis and (ii) when deteriorated on antitubercular treatment (9 January – 8 April 2007)
