About the dataset

May you share the complete dataset? For instance, fig. 4 graphs are nice but having each answer to questions 16 and 17 would be better.

Thank you

PLOS requires that datasets be made available, which we have in their public post link. The data are primarily to allow others to replicate what is in the paper.

Thank you for your input. A last doubt remains though: through the 'Data Availability' link in PLOS page I get a Figshare page and a 'Download all' button (22.26 kb); however my download contains only the answers to questions 8, 10, 11, 15, 22, 24, while the question set includes 31 questions. Am I missing something?

As above:
"The data are primarily to allow others to replicate what is in the paper"

There actually were many more questions than 35. For example, we also ask about level of education, sexual history variables, and more. However, those are not necessary to replicate the results in the paper. (Some would risk exposing individual's identity.)
