Unnecessary high Sodium intake and ENTROPY

The high sodium intake = We ruin it the metal metabolism processes.
Significantly we differ from the optimal proportions.
With this, we deliver weapons and ammunition for our fiercest enemy.
Who uses it without hesitation - against us.

This fierce enemy = The LAW of ENTROPY (the second law of thermodynamics)!
