Similar findings in Australia

This paper aligns remarkably with similar work we have done in Australia. The situation is very much the same for Australian postdocs, for the same reasons - and similarly, they stay as long as they can because they love science. I strongly support the recommendations that postdocs need to prepare themselves for alternate careers, even if those are a "Plan B". See https://elifesciences.org...
