Austria is a cold country.
Meat in a cold country is not as bad as in a temperate or hot country as the body can use some of the fat
in the meat to fight the cold.
If the same meat would be eaten in a hot country where there is no the need to fight the cold then
you would get a totally different result as the saturated fat non being able to be used would end up choking the
arteries so unless you take in consideration all facts your research has failed.

Australia a cold country? Where does that statement come from? The climate ranges from sub-tropical in the south to heavily tropical in the north. In summer, temperatures of over 90F / 35C are common all over the majority of the continent, with the north hanging around 100F / 40C.
