A great resource. The specificity of the spl11 knockdown was especially beautiful. Was there any correlation between copy number and efficacy of knock-down? Also, were all regenerates confirmed to have amiRNA sequence, or just the hpt gene? Partial insertion could skew your % of transgenic lines with efficient silencing downward.
